Cleanout Only is $497 for a standard 2-car garage. The Car-Ready Garage Reset is $2,497 and adds the storage install: a zone map, 1-2 overhead joist racks, wall shelving, pegboard or slatwall on one wall, and labeled bins. Three-car garages, cabinets, and workbenches are quoted from photos.

Photos are how we price without walking your home twice. Three to five wide shots of the space, plus any corner you are worried about, tells us more than a paragraph. You can attach them to the quote form or text them to 479-221-0524.

The Car-Ready Garage Reset takes a 50% deposit ($1,248.50) to book the day. The balance is due when you approve the finished garage. Cleanout Only is paid when the cleanout is done. Details are in our terms.

We do not claim a license or a certificate of insurance we have not verified. What we do commit to in writing: your project scope names the work, the mounting points for every rack or shelf, and the load each is rated for before we drill. Electrical, gas, and structural work is not performed by us; when a project needs a trade, that trade is scheduled under its own scope.

Tell us within 7 days. We come back and fix it, and you do not pay more for that return visit. That is the whole policy, in plain words.

No. We don't run a full reset above about 90°F or below about 50°F, because anchors and install work both want a reasonable window. Cleanout-only work still goes ahead in that weather.
