Privacy Policy

What we collect

• What you send us. The quote form collects your name, phone number, optional email, ZIP code, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach. Phone and name are required because we have to be able to reach you about your quote.
• Photos. Photos you attach are used to price the job and are stored for our own records. We do not publish customer photos or use them in marketing without asking you first.
• Page views. The site records page paths and the referring page. No names, phone numbers, or message contents are attached to that record.
• Analytics. The site loads Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Speed Insights. Those tools set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies. Clarity records anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling, and heatmaps) to help us fix confusing pages.

Where your request goes

Quote requests submitted through this site are delivered to our lead intake system, operated by the Fort Smith Directory, which stores the request and notifies our office. Good Garage Co. performs the work; the directory is our filing cabinet, not a subcontractor. Photos attached to the form are stored in our own file storage and the links are passed along with that request.

Payments

Card payments for the Car-Ready Garage Reset deposit are handled by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's servers, never on ours. We receive only the outcome of the payment plus the contact details you give Stripe. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
• We do not sell your request to other companies as a lead.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and photos are kept for as long as we need them to quote, schedule, and stand behind the work, and for our ordinary business records after that. Ask us and we will delete a request that never became a job.

Your choices

Email office@goodgarageco.com or call 479-221-0524 to ask what we hold for you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm in writing once it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, we will update the date at the top of this page.
