How We Work

One flat price, one written scope, and a plain answer to what happens if something is not right.

What We Put In Writing

The quoted price is the price

Your written quote covers the scope we agreed. No hourly meter, no surprise dump fees on a quoted scope, and no "we found more work" upsell at the door. If the scope changes, we re-quote the change in writing first.

Mounts and load ratings are spelled out

Before we drill, the scope names what each rack or shelf is anchored into and what the hardware is rated to hold. If a mounting surface will not carry the load you want, we tell you in writing before we install, instead of guessing and hoping.

Both cars fit when we leave

The Car-Ready Garage Reset is scoped to get both cars back inside, and we do not call the job finished until the floor is clear and the storage is installed to that scope.

What We Do Not Claim

A garage page full of badges is worth less than one honest sentence, so here is where our work stops.

No unverified license or insurance claims

We do not print a license number or a certificate of insurance we have not confirmed. If a project needs proof of coverage from a specific trade before work starts, tell us and we will tell you plainly what we hold and what we do not.

No electrical, gas, plumbing, or structural work by us

Those trades are engaged and scoped separately by the people who perform them, under their own written scope. We will coordinate the schedule so it is one project for you.

Load limits are real limits

A rack installed to a written rating holds what that rating says, not more. Storing beyond the rated load is outside the scope we installed, and we will say so before you buy the rack.

No weather promises we cannot keep

We do not run a full reset above roughly 90°F or below roughly 50°F. Cleanout-only work still goes ahead in that weather, and we move the install side to a better window at no extra charge.

If Something Is Not Right

Here is exactly what happens after the walkthrough.

1

You tell us

Call 479-221-0524 or email office@goodgarageco.com within 7 days of the work finishing. Say what is not right: a shelf that is crooked, a bin that is not labeled clearly, a corner that still has dust.

2

We schedule a return visit

We book a follow-up visit, usually within a few business days, and confirm the time with you.

3

We fix what is in scope

We straighten, re-label, re-clean, or re-install whatever the original scope covered. You do not pay more for that return visit.

4

You approve it

On your approval the project is closed. If you asked for extra work, that was quoted separately first.

Scope Questions

What does the written scope actually include?

The written scope names the work, the areas included, the schedule, and the flat price. For any rack, shelf, or overhead storage, it also names the mounting points and the load rating for the hardware we are installing.

What if I am not happy with the finished garage?

Tell us within 7 days of the work finishing. We schedule a return visit and fix what falls inside the original scope at no additional cost. That is the whole policy, in plain words.

Do you hold a license or an insurance policy you can show?

We do not print a license number or a certificate of insurance we have not verified, and we will not put one on this site until we hold it. What we do put in writing: the scope, the mounting points, and the load ratings for what we install.

Does the scope cover electrical, gas, or structural work?

No. We do clean-outs, hauling, cleaning, and surface-mounted storage installation. Electrical, gas, plumbing, and structural work is engaged and scoped separately by the trade that performs it.
